Delivery Level: The Atrium renovation will include the following areas:
*New reception and lobby area
*Newly designed garden and outside seating area
* Modern, spacious, and bright entrance
* Elevators and elevator halls
* New design for internal Atria facades
* New underground parking facility
* Bar, café, and restaurant
* New climate ceiling installation system New sanitary facilities
* Conference centre
* Parking ratio 1:120 sq m
* € 4,000 per space per annum, excl. VAT.
* Office space: € 55 per sq m per annum, excl. VAT as an advance payment for supplies and
* Parking space: € 250 per space per annum, excl. VAT.
VAT : The rental price will be subject to VAT. If a rent subject to VAT cannot be opted for, the above mentioned rental prices will be increased by an amount yet to be determined on a later date.
* Office VAT: The existing Atrium can offer attractive VAT savings to non VAT-taxable tenants.
* Rent Payment: Quarterly in advance.
Indexation: The rent will be indexed annually in accordance with the consumers price index as published by the Central Bureau for Statistics (CBS) in The Hague (2006=100).
* Rent Period: 10 years
* Rental Price: € 360 per sq m per annum, excl. VAT
